It's Dave here. I'm sure a lot of you having been wondering what's been going on with SLA.
I came back on as Line Developer around October last year, but I've not managed to give you much info so far. Sorry about that.
I won't go into in too much detail, but basically I've just not had much time to work on it. I'm working as a freelance artist at the moment, and nearly all my income is made up of work in rpg and card companies. There's not an awful lot of money in it, so most of my time is spent working to pay rent and bills.
This means SLA has to be done in my spare time, and I don't get a lot of that either. I'm hoping my situation is going to change in the next few months, and I'll get more time to devote to the game. It's certainly not a lack of interest that's prevented me from working on it.
I'm in the process of developing HunterSheets Issue 2, and I'd like to see it out as an Xmas release. There are some other projects I'm working as well, but I'd like to have more to show before I announce what these books are.
As Angus has already posted previously, I have set up an LJ community to discuss upcoming SLA products :-
http://community.livejournal.com/sla_development/
and I'll be checking in here daily to read comments and provide feedback whenever possible.
Glad to hear from you all again.
cheers,
Dave Allsop
